Chow Chow - Medium - Senior - Female - Dog - Sheba
Description
Sheba is an 11 year old chow mix. She has not had an easy life...seems the poor girl can't buy a break. She was rescued as a young dog along with her litter of puppies from a bad neighborhood. All of her puppies found homes immediately. Poor Sheba did not find a home until she was 8 years old. She had been in foster care for about 6 or 7 years!!!! Someone finally adopted Sheba, but fell on hard times and was losing her home, so she returned Sheba back to the rescue group after having her for 3 years! Sheba is in very good health for her age..only problem is she has a hypothyroid condition, but with medication she will be fine. Her medication costs around 13$ a month. She is updated on all vaccinations, spayed, on heartworm preventative and is house trained! She is a very sweet and loyal dog. She does not get along well with other dogs and likes to chase the cats, She would rather be Queen Sheba in her home! She loves to go for walks in the park and does fine in a fenced in yard. Sheba needs a home where she can live the rest of her days being happy, carefree and loved!!!!
