I came from a place where there wasn't enough food and we weren't taken care of very well. There were lots of us and we were happy to be rescued and taken to foster homes. My name "Victor" came to me because of the inverted "V" on my forehead. My foster parents love to say, "What's your vector, Victor?" I'm quiet and shy, but very loving. I like other cats and I would love to have a forever home with you.
